Quick referral

We accept direct referrals from those seeking support

We also accept referrals from someone who is concerned about a bereaved person, such as GPs, health and social services staff, and charitable organisations, friends and relatives.

We will call the individual seeking our support to assess their needs and chat with them about our services and if we are the appropriate support for them.

Time scales

Initial referral to assessment normally takes 2-7 days

Assessment to 1st counselling session can take between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the person's needs and the availability of a suitable counsellor.

We try very hard to meet individual needs as much as possible, so we provide counselling in a variety of languages.

Counselling can take place any day of the week between 9am to 9pm

Sessions currently take place in person at our counselling rooms in Willesden or by telephone.

All our counsellors abide by a strict code of practice, which is based on those of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
